David Foss is Board Chair of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He joined Jack Henry in 1999 when he arranged the sale of BancTec’s financial solutions division to the company. Foss served as Jack Henry’s President from 2014 to 2022 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2024. He retired as CEO in 2024 and transitioned to Executive Board Chair for one year before becoming Board Chair in 2025. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience.
