David Foss is Board Chair of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He joined Jack Henry in 1999 when he arranged the sale of BancTec’s financial solutions division to the company. Foss served as Jack Henry’s President from 2014-2022 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2016-2024. He retired as CEO in 2024 and transitioned to Executive Board Chair for one year before becoming Board Chair in 2025. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience.
