Jerry Hall is a principal stockholder and the original "associate" of Jack Henry & Associates. He joined the company in 1977, serving as a director since the company's incorporation that year. Hall served as vice president of Operations from 1977 until 1988. The following year he replaced Jack Henry as president, a position he held until 1993, and from 1990 through 1994, Hall served as the company's chief executive officer. In October 1994 he began serving in his current position of executive vice president. Hall has been an integral part in making Jack Henry & Associates the success it is today. He and his wife, Pat, have three children and five grandchildren. The couple resides in rural Monett and enjoys spending time with their grandchildren.

Michael Henry, son of co-founder the late Jack Henry, began his career at Jack Henry & Associates in 1979. He was the manager of Research & Development from 1983 to 1993, and has served on the board of directors since 1986. Henry assumed the position of senior vice president and vice chairman in 1993. The following year he succeeded his father as chairman of the board and was appointed chief executive officer. He continues to serve as chairman of the board today and resides in Tucson, Arizona. Henry is the father of two children and enjoys reading, traveling, an occasional round of golf, and a love of vintage automobiles.

John F. "Jack" Prim

Jack Prim began his career in the financial industry in 1977 as a sales representative. In 1985, after eight years of learning the business, honing his skills and earning an master's degree in business administration, Prim was hired by Broadway & Seymour, Inc. (BSI). He worked his way up through the company, and in 1994 he was named vice president of Client Services. When Jack Henry & Associates acquired BSI's Community Banking Division, Prim's decisive management style and continued successes made him the natural choice for general manager of OutLink Services, a newly created division. Five years later he was named general manager of E-Services, a new business unit formed to combine electronic processing and outsourcing services to Jack Henry's customers. Prim was appointed chief operating officer in 2001, where he focused the company's operations on customer satisfaction and a consistent growth pattern. Prim was named president in 2003 and CEO in 2004. He tries to run one marathon a year (preferably Boston) and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Tony L. Wormington

A Monett, Missouri, native, Tony Wormington was always interested in computer technology, so when the time came to look for a job, there was no need to look very far from home. Jack Henry & Associates was a perfect fit. Wormington began his career with the company in 1980. He was initially hired as an installer, a position he flourished in until 1984 when he was promoted to manager of Installation Services. In 1986 Wormington switched gears and joined the company's Research and Development team. After seven successful years in the department, he was named manager of Research and Development, a position he held for another seven years. Wormington was named vice president in 1998. From 2000 to 2002, he served as general manager of Technology Services, where he focused on the technology direction for the company's core and complementary solutions. Wormington took over as chief operations officer in 2003 and was named president a year later. He continues to live in and love Monett, and his weekends are usually spent playing golf, motorcycling and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Kevin D. Williams

A 1987 graduate of Missouri Southern State College, Kevin Williams earned a bachelor's degree in business administration-accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Williams was introduced to Jack Henry & Associate in 1989 when the accounting firm he worked for took on the company as a client. During the seven years Williams performed audit work for Jack Henry & Associates, he got to know and respect the company and its managers for their work ethic and business practices. He left public accounting in 1998 to join Jack Henry & Associates as corporate controller. Williams' diverse background, interpersonal skills, and professional drive made him the natural selection in 2001 as chief financial officer and treasurer. He lives with his wife and daughter in Monett, Missouri; and considers being a great dad one of his most important accomplishments.

Mark S. Forbis

Mark Forbis began his career in 1982 with Systematics (now Fidelity Information Systems) in its data center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, while attending the University of Arkansas. He worked in various capacities in the data center until moving to another start-up data center (BankTec) in Fayetteville. BankTec was a joint venture between the owners of First National of Fayetteville and the owners of JB Hunt Trucking Co. Forbis served as BankTec's operations manager from 1986 until 1988. He then moved to Monett, Missouri, and joined Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. in the CIF 36 Support Department. In 1989 he joined the SilverLake® Installation Department and worked on many of the early SilverLake customer installs. A year later he joined the Research & Development Department where he spent the next four years developing products and enhancing SilverLake. In 1994 he served a brief stint as manager of Installation Services before being asked to develop a Check Image solution for the company. From 1994 until 2003, he was manager of the Image and Item Processing division, where he was responsible for development, installation, and support of the company's Check and Document Image products. In 2003 he succeeded Tony Wormington as general manager of Technology Services, where he has focused on the technology direction of the company's core banking and credit union solutions, as well as numerous complementary products. Forbis was named vice president and chief technology officer in 2006. Forbis resides in Monett with his wife and two sons. He enjoys traveling with his family.
