Jack Prim began his career in the financial industry in 1977 as a sales representative for Burroughs Corporation. In 1985, he was hired by Broadway & Seymour, Inc. (BSI) where he held various roles in sales, sales management, outsourcing business development, system implementation, and support. In 1994, Prim was named Vice President of Client Services for BSI, and when Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) acquired BSI's Community Banking division the following year, he was selected to be General Manager of JHA's newly created OutLink Services division. Five years later he was named General Manager of E-Services, a business unit formed to combine electronic processing and outsourcing services to JHA's customers. Prim was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2001, where he focused the company's operations on customer satisfaction and consistent growth. He was named President in 2003, CEO in 2004, and Chairman of the Board in 2012. In 2016, Prim transitioned his role from CEO to Executive Chairman of the company. Prim also serves as an Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee for CoxHealth. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Belk College of Business and earned his master's degree in Business Administration from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
David Foss began his career in 1985 at NCR as a Systems Engineer installing and supporting core and ancillary banking solutions. He joined Advanced Computer Systems (ACS) in 1989 as a Sales Manager marketing banking solutions to community banks in the upper Midwest. In 1993, Foss left community banking to become BancTec’s Vice President of Professional Services and later Vice President of Operations managing large remittance processing solutions. He became Vice President of Sales for community banking at BancTec in 1997. In 1999 he arranged the sale of BancTec’s financial solutions division to Jack Henry and Associates, Inc. (JHA), joining the company at that time. From 1999 to the inception of ProfitStars in 2003, he served a dual role as President of the Open Systems group and General Manager of the Complementary Solutions group. He was named President of ProfitStars in 2004, President of Jack Henry & Associates in 2014, and CEO in 2016. Foss holds a degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University. He has two grown sons and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and youngest son.
Kevin Williams began his career in 1987 at the Joplin, Missouri office of BKD, LLP where he passed the CPA exam and rose to the level of Senior Manager. He was introduced to Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) in 1990 when BKD took on JHA as a client. Williams performed audit work for JHA for seven years before deciding to leave public accounting in 1998 and join JHA as Corporate Controller. He was named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in January 2001, and in his role is directly responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, tax filings, investor relations, and the Travel and Corporate Services departments. A 1987 graduate of Missouri Southern State College, Williams earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration – Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He lives with his wife and daughter in Monett, Missouri and considers being a great dad one of his most important accomplishments.
Mark Forbis began his career in 1982 with Systematics (now Fidelity Information Systems) in its data center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, while attending the University of Arkansas. He worked in various capacities in the data center until moving to a start-up data center where he served as Operations Manager from 1986 until 1988. He then moved to Monett, Missouri and joined Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (JHA) in the CIF 36 Support Department. In 1989 he joined the SilverLake Installation Department, and a year later joined the Research & Development Department where he spent four years developing products and enhancing the SilverLake System core platform. In 1994 he served a brief stint as manager of Installation Services before being asked to develop a check image solution for JHA. From 1994 until 2003, he was manager of the Image and Item Processing division where he was responsible for development, installation, and support of the company’s check and document image products. In 2003, he was named General Manager of Technology Services, where he focused on the technology direction of the company's core banking and credit union platforms and numerous complementary products. Forbis was named Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in 2006. He has two grown sons and lives in Monett, Missouri with his wife.
