Chairman Jack Henry & Associates, Monett, Missouri Michael Henry, son of co-founder the late Jack Henry, began his career at Jack Henry & Associates in 1979. He was the manager of Research & Development from 1983 to 1993, and has served on the board of directors since 1986. Henry assumed the position of senior vice president and vice chairman in 1993. The following year he succeeded his father as chairman of the board and was appointed chief executive officer. He continues to serve as chairman of the board today and resides in Tucson, Arizona. Henry is the father of two children and enjoys reading, traveling, an occasional round of golf, and a love of vintage automobiles.

John F. "Jack" Prim

Chief Executive Officer Jack Henry & Associates, Monett, Missouri Jack Prim began his career in the financial industry in 1977 as a sales representative. In 1985, after eight years of learning the business, honing his skills and earning an master's degree in business administration, Prim was hired by Broadway & Seymour, Inc. (BSI). He worked his way up through the company, and in 1994 he was named vice president of Client Services. When Jack Henry & Associates acquired BSI's Community Banking Division, Prim's decisive management style and continued successes made him the natural choice for general manager of OutLink Services, a newly created division. Five years later he was named general manager of E-Services, a new business unit formed to combine electronic processing and outsourcing services to Jack Henry's customers. Prim was appointed chief operating officer in 2001, where he focused the company's operations on customer satisfaction and a consistent growth pattern. Prim was named president in 2003 and CEO in 2004. He tries to run one marathon a year (preferably Boston) and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Jerry D. Hall

Executive Vice President Jack Henry & Associates, Monett, Missouri Jerry Hall is a principal stockholder and the original "associate" of Jack Henry & Associates. He joined the company in 1977, serving as a director since the company's incorporation that year. Hall served as vice president of Operations from 1977 until 1988. The following year he replaced Jack Henry as president, a position he held until 1993, and from 1990 through 1994, Hall served as the company's chief executive officer. In October 1994 he began serving in his current position of executive vice president. Hall has been an integral part in making Jack Henry & Associates the success it is today. He and his wife, Pat, have three children and five grandchildren. The couple resides in rural Monett and enjoys spending time with their grandchildren.

James J. Ellis

Managing Partner Ellis/Rosier Financial Services, Dallas, Texas James Ellis brings an incredible range of financial experience to the Board of Directors. He served as general manager of MONY Financial Services in Dallas, Texas, from 1979 until he retired in 1992. At that time he founded Ellis/Rosier Financial Services where he has been managing partner ever since. He also serves as a director of Merit Medical Systems. Ellis has been an influential director of the company since 1985. He and his wife, Van, have two children and three grandchildren and reside in Dallas. Ellis is an avid golfer and is very involved in community activities.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Leggett & Platt, Incorporated, Carthage, Missouri Matthew Flanigan is senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Carthage, Missouri-based Leggett & Platt, Incorporated, where he has been employed for the past nine years and has served as CFO for the past three years. Leggett & Platt is a Fortune 500 company that manufactures spring components and other products for furniture, bedding, automobiles and many other consumer products. Flanigan has prior experience in the banking industry, having served as first vice president and manager of Societe Generale-Dallas, the domestic lending operation of a large multinational bank; and with Dallas-based Interfirst Bank. He serves on the board's Audit Committee and as the committee's "financial expert" under relevant SEC and Nasdaq standards.

Craig R. Curry

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Central Bank, Lebanon, MO A third-generation banker with more than 21 years of experience in the industry, Craig R. Curry, chairman and CEO of Central Bank of Lebanon, Missouri, joined the Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. Board of Directors in 2004. Curry's strong background, impressive resume, and extensive expertise within the American and Missouri Bankers Associations is a testament to his commitment to the industry.
His leadership with the Missouri Bankers Association consists of service on the association's Government Relations Committee (chairman 1999-2000), the Funding Alternative Task Force and the Executive Committee. Curry served as chairman of the Missouri Bankers Association from 2002-2003.
Curry's service with the American Bankers Association includes membership in the American Bankers Association's Community Bankers Council, Community Bank Tax Task Force, Education Council and Governmental Relations Board.
He resides in Lebanon with his wife and two children.

Prior to founding St. Charles Capital, he served as managing director of McDonald Investments, Inc. (2001 to 2004), as executive vice president of the Wallach Company, Inc. (1991 to 2000), and as senior vice president in the Corporate Finance Department of Boettcher & Company (1981 to 1990).
He was awarded a master's degree in business administration from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado.

President and Chief Executive Officer First Future Credit Union, San Diego, California Marla Shepard is president and chief executive officer of the San Diego, California-based First Future Credit Union, where she has been employed for the past 34 years. She has served as the credit union's CEO for the past 25 years. First Future Credit Union is a large community-chartered credit union successfully serving the Southern California market. Shepard has been extensively involved in professional organizations that support the credit union industry. She has held leadership positions in the California Credit Union League, served on the Credit Union National Administration's Risk Oversight Committee and the Board of the International Association of Technology Credit Unions. Shepard is Jack Henry's first female board member.
